Maximum Adjustment Ranges:
Front -10mm to -80mm (-0.4inch to -3.2inch)
Rear -15mm to -105mm (-0.6inch to -4.2inch)

Recommended Adjustments for Optimal Ride-ability:
Front -15mm to -60mm (-0.6inch to -2.4inch)
Rear -25mm to -65mm (-1.0inch to -2.6inch)
